Inspiration comes in many forms. These repurposed, super light copper earrings & necklaces originated from a vintage etched copper decorative plate. The colorations and etched patterns reminded me of ancient Etruscan pottery or Egyptian hieroglyphics. The pieces definitely have a rustic, chippy, imperfect vibe, however it really fits with the ancient artifact feeling of the collection. All pieces have been clear sealed for durability and shine.
Each piece is hand cut, filed, sanded and shaped to form a one of a kind adornment. Finished with pure handmade copper ear wires. Copper colored chain for the necklaces.
Tiny marks or scratches are present due to the history and age of the tin. They add to the whimsy, charm and authenticity of the piece.
